Support and Training
Most of the applications we develop are intended as a lasting solution to a customer's needs, and we protect your investment by providing ongoing support. Some of our customers have their own IT department and associated infrastructure - you need to consider who will be responsible for training new users, giving help and advice to users and dealing with any requests for modifications to the software. Our service ranges from providing a quote for each individual request through to support contracts with agreed response and resolution times.
